The Commune

Thanks so much for booking with us! Please take a couple minutes to watch this video and read through our guide. We’ve put this together to make sure your booking runs smoothy:


1. Arrival & Access
Doors unlock at your start time and lock 10 minutes after your booking ends. We have 5 on-site parking spots, with additional free street parking nearby on Avenue F.

2. Getting Set Up
 The space will be in our standard layout (3 tables, 30 chairs), but everything is on wheels so you can adjust as needed. The presenter podium is pre-set with A/V and ready for simple plug-and-play use.

3. Helpful Resources
 Our Guest Resource Station (across from the kitchenette) includes instructions, office supplies, paper goods, liners, and first aid.
 You’ll also find additional equipment—like a whiteboard, microphone, and A/V tools—in the Accessory Closet.

4. Kitchen & Cleanup
Feel free to use the fridge, freezer, and filtered water. Just be sure to take all food and beverages with you at the end of your booking.

5. Trash
 Trash and recycling bins are located behind the building through the courtyard—please replace liners as needed using supplies from the Guest Resource Station.

6. Wrapping Up
 Plan for about 30 minutes to reset the space to its original layout, take out trash, and gather belongings. A quick checklist is available to guide you before heading out.
